My appointment was at 1700 I showed at around 1130, got outta there in 30 minutes, I was surprised! Reading all the negative comments here made me think that I'm gonna wait here all day
This company is incompetent. Wait forever on hold for customer service. Then Heather can't tell me when they'll deliver even though they've had the freight for 2 days already . Might be 5 days from now or longer. They don't make commitments. Find somebody else. There's lot's to choose from
Do not come here early. Docks open at 3pm. Company is open early but you will have to wait at least till 3pm for docks to open and after that starts a waiting game which is another few hours...

This place is a joke. I'm waiting for 14 hours (YES 14 HOURS) and still no door. Thank god I'm getting paid per hour. The staff just keeps on telling lies. STAY AWAY!!!
